Fuzzy by day, chef by night

After discussing with Lindsay some options for dinner tonight, I decided to invent a few things. First, porcini mushroom, red wine and spanish onion risotto ... which was great.

Second, chicken and proscuitto mignons stuffed with crumbed pistachios and garlic oil. Fantastic.

Third, red wine reduction sauce, also fantastic.

Put them all together ... and I'm now sitting on the lounge making vague groaning noises ... my god that was outstanding!

I shoulda been a chef!
